Manual Na 300zx, How Fast Are They?

okay i know this isn't a Z website but it's close enough.

anyway i'm looking at getting a Z32 NA 300ZX and just wanted to see if anyone here has driven/ owned one before and what their opinion is of it.

stock for stock what can they beat in a straight line drag, can they beat any V8s or any turbo cars.

your help will be really appreciated.

i wanna get as much info on them as possible.

u wont be able to spank V8s.

0-100km time is around the 6-7sec mark.

the cockpit requires gettting use to, u sit low in the car(not good for short ppl) and they're biiig.

Mmmm, I have always wanted one, but most people I have spoken with say thae are unreliable and expensive to service / repair, damn, so I bought a skyline but if you want one, go for it - but be careful, get a mechanic to crawl all over it...

and no you won't beat a V8 but you will give it a decent run for it's money....

(edit: N/A runs about 6.5 sec 0-100, TT will be closer to 5.5sec....)
