Towbar On R34 Gts-t

Hey just wondering can u put a tow ball on an R34?

Im thinkin of gettin one in a month or 2 and just wanna know if its possible to tow a trailer.

I think some guy in WA bought a 4 door and found out it was impossible to attach a towball so he had to sell.

Something to do with having no where to attach the bar to that could bear the towing weight.

I just had a look under my 4 door R34 and it does look difficult.

One side is fine but the other side is blocked by the exhaust.

It would be possible if you removed your spare tyre and modified the well where it goes. Then the bar could go over the exhaust and drop down for the tow ball in the middle. Would need to modify the rear bar as well. Ie cut a bit out of it.

Why would you wanna tow anything with a 34?........Rizza has the right idea, Besides i heard it's not good to tow things with a Turbo!!!! Unless it's NA!

geeee I rekon I'ld be lucky to tow a bbq trailer with the 32

no torque.

Plus I wouldn't treat it that way.
