Turbo Plumbing Question

hey guys just a quick question....

i just got my car out of a defect..my local speed shop put everything back to standard... the pipes for my turbo also .. with the standard boost control..

can someone please tell me how it should go back to how it was.. as there is 3 ports... this pic is how i think it might go

it has a ems... and no air flow meter...if thats relevant

you will need to hook up the afm at least to make it look like it works as well
