Cracked Radiator Support

Took my intercooler off the other day and I noticed that the radiator support had a huge crack in it from the previour owner. There is flex when I go from lock to lock and also makes strange noises sometimes, I think it maybe related to a braking noise I am having with the flex it gives off.

Now peoples I need some suggestions, its spot welded on, dont know if its replaceable or if I can weld some support around it in the form of some bars???

Looks unsafe, may be from previous accident history. Yes the radiator support can be replaced if the spot welds are unstitched.

unstitched??? hows that done. How the hell do I get my hands on a new /used one????
