Rb30 Or Rb25 In A Torana

hey guys just wonderin if anyone in here knows anyone that has done or knows how hard it would be to fit an rb 30 or rb25 into an lj torana...

the actual engine bolts straight in as its the same (bolt up) as the holden red motors (186/202 etc)

are u sure about that mate and what engine are u talking about... ive herd different reports now hey...

zoom mag did a write up on one not long ago might be worth contacting them and getting a copy

Hey mate, all you really need to mount the engine is some Castlemain Rod Shop engine mounts. Cost about $150 i think, which is pretty good i reckon, no mucking around then, just drops straight in then. But you will need to make a crossmember for whatever gearbox you want to use. check out www.gmh-torana.com , there is a couple of people doing rb30-25 conversions on there.

does anyone know of a good mob around brissie that can do this for me as i cant do it...

a company wanna charge me around 7 to fit the engine gearbox and to put in a new 9" diff is that a good price...
