Helical LSD vs Viscous LSD

I Have a HCR32, and the unloaded tyre lights up exiting turns.

I assume it has a worn viscous diff. Are helical diffs interchangable between models in the Nissan brand. What is a known swap? Do we get a choice of ratio's

I am building a race car, and when I say lighting up I mean when doing 9's round Symmons Plains.

Circuit cars use a BOC locker, but as a tarmac rally car this would be extreme...

Any ideas from those who know they know what they are on about....
