R33 Gts-t Sedan

Hey everyone how you all going..

I have noticed that the sedan is so much cheaper then the 2dr gts-t probly auto being hte reason why.

Just wondering how much does the auto bog its performance down?

what would be the 0 - 100 for the auto sedan gtst (stock.. then with the mods i said..

)

rough 1/4 time?

what what power would you be looking at with fmic/exhaust/pod/ about 10 - 12 psi.

with few other add ones.

does the auto hold up with some thrashing?

how many gears is the auto 3 or 4 speed?

any other inforamtion i should know?

2 door is more popular and therefore more expensive auto or manual

there are some quick autos going around . but personally i got a mnaual covnersion for my 33 sedan

stock mine pulled about 7 sec flat

no , it will eventually die if you put increased power through it .

WHat about insurance wise.. does it change much being a 4dr?

Also whats fuel consumption like compared the the manual?

My insurance quote was cheaper then a 2 door and was $45 cheaper then a manual sedan.

I get roughlt 12L per 100kms (thats city driving), I am guessing that the manual might be 1L or so better.

Have a look around. I have a factory 4door sedan with 5sp manual. i know I'm biased but I think they look better.

Another benefit is a lot less attention from the police (unless you are driving like a di*k head)

What price normaly would the 33 gtst sedan auto go for?

I often see them for around $15,000 with basic mods and rims. Stock std would be a bit cheaper.

yeah im after about a 95 model would be nice or above.

Ill stick with the autop because its cheaper. then if im dead keen on keeping it for ages. Ill do a conversion

you can get a 2 door manual 95 model for that money, and not neccessarily a bad 1.

hmm where from though they all seem to be around 18k mark for the 2dr

for series 2 maybe....not for series 1's unless they are modified.

have you even looked in the for sale section on here?

yeah Im in queensland and didnt see to much.

i would be hoping to spend 15kish on a around 95 model

and hopefully insruance will be around hte 2k mark... being 19 so i hope so

so budget about $2500 for insurance just to be safe

i got my r33 manual 2 coupe for 16grand with 18inch mags and a few good mods with only 69000km's on the clock. Just look around they do come up at good prices.

Sorry - prices were for SA, they are a few grand cheaper in Qld and NSW
