If they're the bolt on ones, then yes

if they're the slip on ones, no

Different states/different rulings so best to ask your local authority

Really, i thought all spacers were illegal. You can get spacers in any size, from 2mm too 20mm. Slip on ones are cheap and nasty and one of the most illegal things you could do, bolt on ones range, depends where you get em or if you have too get them made up. About $50 - $150 per spacer is it not?
