How do i 'loosen' the BOV?

I have performed several seaches with no such luck.

It is currently screwed down a little tight, causing the VL turbo woopwoopwoop noise, which apparently, over the long term, damages the compressor.

Help appreciated,

a stock BOV isnt adjustable.

make sure the vacum lines are connected etc

Sorry for the newb style question, but i don't really care for bovs, but i do care about my turbo.
