0 to 100km/h Stock R31

I dunno if any of you have an R31 Skyline cos they are old, but I do.

It is a 5spd with the RB30E engine. What do you guys reckon that would do 0 to 100km/h in? I tried it. I loaded up 3500revs and let her rip, I did it in 9 seconds. Does that sound reasonable?

i wouldnt be braggin about 9 sec 0-100 times! but a rb30de in a skyline is quicker than a rb30de in a vl!

anything under 10 is pretty quick. I would claim 9 sec's. Whats wrong with that?

I am not braggin about it. 9 seconds is crap compared to what you guys can probably do. But it is pretty good for a stock R31 made in 1987:cool:

R31 wasn't too bad.. for its time it was a damn nice car for its price.. just as a 92-98 skyline is a damn nice car With a few mods you can get some decent power out of it. You can always put a RB25/26 turbo head on it

There is lots of stuff over at the R31 Skyline Club... and the forums.

Lot's of engine conversions and stuff for the R31's.

we also cruise often and also have big meets with the guys here everynow and again which is cool...

That's a nice 0-100 as well
