the poor guy is prob semi retarted in which case it would explain alot. its just sad that we always have to worry bout our imports. u neva know if he'll come and key it. ah well such is life

one of my friends sly200 (the old owner) had his car spat on! at marion thats low

Hi ppls,

Ran in to a Bone head the last 2 thursday afternoon's (~3-5pm) I've been at Marion Shopping Center.

There's a trolley boy bloke that drives a little yellow dunga with the trolley trailer attached, he appears to be around the lower level southern side near Woolworths. He's of arab/european appearance, ~early 20's, wear's decent clothes and has a pretty boy hair cut. :P

Run in number 1.

Parked the R32, while unbuckling the little boy from his baby seat I heard 'F#@KN RICE BURNER' I looked up to see the bone head hanging his head out of the dunga as he drove past yelling obscenities.

I left it at that.. Simply thought he was a wanker.

Run in number 2.

Other half was driving around looking for a car park, drove past the bone head, didn't even look, when Julie said whats he staring at... I looked sure enough he had stopped working and simply staring.. the type of stare that tries to start sh*t.

Parked the car, grabbed the boy out stood waiting for the other half to grab a trolley. He drove past staring the whole time, pulled up near my other half where she was grabbing a trolley, he proceeded to death stare her. I was thinking WTF as was she..

Putting the little boy in the trolley he kept staring as he was pushing the line of trolley's up his trailer. As he was staring so much and not concentrating the trolleys got away from him and almost cleaned up a car, he had to run and look like a fool. lmao.

This dude has a serious issue with jap cars.

I really can't belive some one is so passionate about hating a type of car.

Take note ppls.. this dude will give you the stare that he's trying to start shiet... lmao... :)

It does make me worry about parking my car there though. ;)

I've lodged a complaint and am waiting to hear back from center management.

I must admit he really pissed me off.... I haven't felt and had thoughts run through my head like I did tonight since I was 18. :)

I was gonna say, make sure you lodge a complaint and you have so please keep us informed.

I might actually go there on purpose to see this guy in my Skyline, good for a laugh.

Is that the last owner that claimed that car or Chris the owner before that built that car! LOL

it was chris and yeh he didnt build it (altough i dont know chris v well). i was gonna buy it 4 a while i dont understand why he sold it

Yeh the Chris that built that car has now got a Black R34 GTT, But have haerd a rumor it might be up for sale!!

  • 3 weeks later...

i agree with starting a cruise from the carpark when the c**t is on duty. lets see him say something when theres 50 plus imports there. he will probably have to go jump on his bmx with ribbons hanging off the bars and his tail between his legs!

    • I'd say the easiest way is, pick up a extended and baffled sump with fittings already welded on. Here is an example, it has 3 x -10 fittings  https://shop.maatouksracing.com.au/products/rb-extended-and-baffled-sump
    • hey OP can you remind me what the actual question was, I got sidetracked at V12. Do you have an turbo oil return leak and an unidentified coolant leak? The factory oil returns are terrible design; short, rubber and expensive to replace. They are very common to fail and a pain to replace because they are so short. Still, they are available new if you want to replace both last time I checked. For the coolant leak, any competent mechanic should be able to do a pressure test; that should show up where the leak is. It is almost certainly one of the billion 30 year old rubber lines which are now brittle as hell, you engine will be fine.
    • From the OP's description, sounds to me like the TCU is in 'limp home' mode --- that is, no actuation power to shift solenoids, and the EPC valve is shut (full line pressure). This effectively sticks the box in 3rd gear, with as much line pressure as possible, to try hold the high clutch clamped shut....and so you get woeful acceleration and don't feel any shifts (because they're not happening). If you don't have Consult or some other scanner to interrogate the TCU itself, you can test with a multimeter to see if it's in limp home mode....ie; stick it in D with engine at idle (hold vehicle with hand/foot brake), and measure the voltage at the TCU feeding shift solenoids A & B -- both should be ON (battery voltage). If they are energized at the TCU, you can unplug the harness from the TCU, and check resistance down through the wiring to the solenoids themselves -- you should see about 20ohms on each coil --- if you do, you can presume the wiring to shift solenoids is OK -- if both measure open circuit, you have to check intermediate connectors in the loom down to the gearbox (and the gearbox connector itself), and check the shift solenoid resistance at the gearbox connector itself --- if the shift solenoids test open circuit here, problem is in the box (ether the solenoids or wiring to them is bad). If you get no voltage at TCU connector for the shift solenoids (and the solenoids/wiring test OK), check powers/grounds to the TCU itself --- if they're ok, it suggests the TCU is the culprit (and you'd need to interrogate it if possible, to find out why it's behaving badly)...
    • Hey mate give Autotechnica a go, I recently got some Comfort PUs and rails from them, they're comfy and look great highly recommended! https://www.autotecnica.com.au/part-finder/nissan/skyline/r32/
    • Honestly, for a daily I would gladly rock a Camry. The more disposable the better. People drive horribly out here and road conditions are awful.
