How Do I Get The Foggies To Work?

I was told when i bought that car that i just needed an extra relay in the engine relay box, but i removed the relay from something and put it in my foggies one but it didnt work... anyone know the trick?

Or is there a wiring fault or is there something missing in the circuit - eg the relay?

The guy that sold me the car told me they had to remove a relay in the fuebox to disable the fog lights to make it ADR compliant because of SEVS/yellow lights.

Remember there's a switch on the dash on RHS of steering wheel with a I on it, toggle that one
