Depends on how good a job you want. A good job will cost you around the 10K mark.

10k would have to be a really good job!!

its also depends on if theres anything wrong with body, if not u can get a good job for 6k, try and find someone who knows a painter..

Bit steep I reckon.

You can get a "good job" for around 4-5k.

If you pay anything more than that, expect a Show Car job.

Ofcourse, it helps to know someone in the industry for mates rates.

best thing i think to do (as ive done it before) rub it back and sand it yourself, because thats the most labour intensive part that apprentices normaly do anyways.

and then get the people to respray it.

I'm looking at changing the color of My Stagea...How easy is the prep to do urself?

if your doing a colour change then im assuming youll be pulling the engine out too, so that might be a bit of work.

It wasnt that hard to do, just alot of work and time consuming. The right tools and thats about it. Just dont get lazy or you will start cutting corners.

Im about to respray my current car in the coming months, once ive repaired everything on it.

So maybee wait for that and ill tell you how it goes.
