Recommendation On New System

Hi guys and gils,

I just got my Series II and want to put in a DVD sytem. I need your help on the best (reasonable prices) system that will include the following:

Single DIN DVD with Screen (thinking of either kenwood or sony)

Front Split

Rear speakers that will slot directly into the stock pod

4 channel amp to run the four speakers

12 or 10 inch sub with amp to power.

i want something that sound good but not one that shakes the car when i turn it on loud.

any recommendations is greatly appreciated..

ps. if you can tell me where i can get a good deal is really appreciated

I got some hertz HSk 165 (6.5 inch spilts) in the front.. Series 2 r33 as well.. Very happy with these speakers!! Once the doors are fully deadend, and amped, it will sound even more incredible..

AS for dvd screen, a friend of mine bought a pioneer one for 1200 i think.. Check out jb-hifi..

Rest of the gear, no idea yet.. thts all i got in my car atm.. As time passes, will finish my audio system..

go with pioneer dvd players

best on the market cause they are the market leaders in dvd players

are trying to recreate a cinema or do u want a stereo/dvd player in ur car

if u want the latter dont worry about rear speakers but get a good sub and amp and it sounds like the sub is in front of u (which is really important) but if u want a cinema experience dvd player then get rears
