Trust/greddy/mitsubishi T88- Anyone Broke One?

As per title really. Im not a fan of them, and fair enough they big old truck turbos but they mega strong it seems.

Ive never heard of one breaking, has anyone killed one? Mustve surely? And what went? Snapped shafts and destroyed/melted turbine wheels id be particularly interested in. And why it happened.

Also, has anyone seen how thick the shafts are on these compared to similar sized Garrett turbos etc? GT series turbos seem to have skinny shafts, but what about T series etc.

Usual plain bearing turbo problems, worn bearings, particularly thrust.

Usual oil cooled turbo problems, oveheated seals that leak and carbon build up in the bearings.
