What Spark Plugs Are Best For Rb26

Hey guys, doing a service on my GTR and just wondering what plugs to use and what everyone else has used. Ive been told to get them from nissan, I was thinking about irridium plugs also as i have had good results in my other cars with irridium plugs. Not sure weather to use a colder heat range either
