Posible With My New Series Ii

Hi me again..i am a newbie to skyline so please excuse my ignorance..

been driving my new car around and this is what i notice that doesn't seem right..

1. The gear shift is a bit gritty..is that normal or is time to replace the clutch?

2. The clutch pedal is a bit squaky - anyone experience this and any know how to fix?

3. The engine cooling fan is a bit loose.. what i mean by that is when the engine is off (off course) i turn the engine fan manually and there wasn't a lot of resistant.. is that normal with your's or do i need a new fan? if i do where do i pick one up?

Other than that the car is bautiful so far..

My car is under warranty with AVWG.. anyone dealt with them before or know machanics that are registered with them?
