Damaged Rim

I have read a few threads which I've read about Alliance, Briffa, Just Magz, Leo Gommers etc being able to repair/paint rims.

I've just got hold of a set of somewhat rare Stern Squrossa rims and one of the rims has been pushed in on the inside (see attached pic). From the outside/rim face you can't see it.

I will get around to getting some other small scrapes shimmed off, some bubbling fixed and resprayed down the track but for now I just want to get this dent/buckle fixed first. I haven't got time at the moment to put the rim in the car and run around to places getting quotes so was hoping to get an idea of cost to fix this.

Briffa is probably the closest to me. Would he be able to fix this? Or does he only weld/paint?

Gommer would fix that for "around" $40

Would I have to give to him with the tyre removed? Or can he take ir off and replace when finished?

the only problem wif gommers is that he does not remove or refit rims...u have to take it off...and put it back on.

but yes mayhem is rite..budget bout 40-50 for that repair...jus by looking at it...

go down to bridgetstone (corner of john street and sevenoaks) and dey can take of ur tyre and refit (no balancing) for bout 10bux

Ended up costing $7.50 to pull the tyre & $55 from Gommer. Legend! It no longer looks like an egg
