Rb20 Head

I have been told Rb20 and Rb25 heads r different. Can they b interchanged or is there 2 much difference (eg: stud hole spacing and overall dimensions)?.

Primary difference wil be the combustion chamber, as the RB20 has a much smaller bore than the RB25.

cylinder size is different, as is valve size, and inlet port size is smaller on the 20

Yes it will bolt straight on,

But No, nothing else lines up. Water passages are all wrong, combustion chambers are different as others have said. It is possible, but not worth the trouble and expense. Just get a complete RB25 donk.

Umm peoples, does anyone know of the rb20/25 hybrid...apparently the is a laurel with a rb20, with a 25 head on it ??? How and wft??!!! sounds interesting, but not to sure. sounds something like a rb24.

an rb24 is an rb20 with a gtr crank shaft and con-rods im pretty sure
