Fuel Pump - HELP!

My fuel pump has gone in my car or is very near death. I only have major problems when starting it.

I'm getting it fixed under warranty, however they're going to replace it with a Brand new Pintarra fuel pump.

Does anyone know if this will flow the same as the oringal or am i going to be worse off? The dealer got quite agressive when tried to talk to him about it. I'm going to let him cool down and ask if i can pay the difference for a better one.

I heard the Bosch VL fuel pumps plug straight in. Is this true?

Any advice would be appreciated.

No and no, put in a Bosch K jet intank pump, better and cheaper

than a STD Nissan pump

Listen to Steve about the fuel pumps. I don't necessarily think that may be your problem, can you describe what happens. Could just be your cold start, but if you getting it replaced then why argue.
