Car alarm shopping

I've been lurking and reading up on car alarms and such....

It seems like everyone seems to vote for the Autotech brand of alarms.

Could someone tell me how much would it cost to have one fitted to a car?

And also does it have the facility to SMS the owner and can the owner enable/disable or get alerts if the car has been tampered with?

are you getting a series 2 gtst?

i still havent decided in a r33 series 2 or a r32 gtr

im getting a r33 gtst series 2.

i decided this because i figured its a much newer car, and it costs a bit less to buy, and the r33 isnt dated like the boxy shape of the r32.

i guess its up to personal taste, but i really like the series 2 in black with the front lip that you can get as a factory option. the r32 gtr is obviously a much faster car(and without the wing it looks mad), but i still settled for the series 2.

i think insurance would be cheaper as well!...however, good luck choosin, coz its not easy when you like them both and are in the budget to buy either!!

i have one too but in an older type car. excellent alarm and great value for money.

i got mine installed at www.intosound.com.au dudes name is David and he's very helpfull. located in Bondi.
