Thanks for the few suggestions. :P

I performed a compression test on it recently, all cylinders were 153psi apart from 1 that was 152psi. So I would consider that perfect, my guess is that a tuliped vavle is not the case due to compression being perfect. I hope. :(

I really do suspect possibly a badly setup or stuffed valve spring/seat tension. It shows up worse the more boost you run.

Cams are standard.

Another suspect is 'occasionally' on a cold start up the car will run on 5 cylinders for a few seconds then smooth out to a smooth idle. It feels and sounds exactly like lifter pump up, but how can it be so.

Ignition and fuel has been checked and is perfect.

arggg... :S Head off to be sure.

A good little read on seat pressure...

Mentions how higher oil pressure and high viscosity oils aggravate lifter pump-up. Possibly why i'm experiencing issues a 1000rpm earlier than the others with a lower pressure pump.

as soon as i accelarate, foot down it will beak up and miss...

light accelaration is ok...

about spark plugs, im pretty sure mine is 1mm or 1.1

[just the way they came]

now im running 13.5 psi do i change the gap to .8 or so?

yep jase gap to .75mm and it should go away
