Are there spaces left? What's the go if two people want to share one car? Does Mr. McGill frown upon this? I take it you also don't have any problem with non-'lines carving up the concrete? :P

EDIT: Damn, I see I'm now on the second page, and it seems to be full. Anyway, if I'm wrong, please let me know!

hey all i am pretty new to these forums and to import ownership in general.

How would i go about getting in to just watch and maybe meet a few of you guys in person?

I am interested in getting together with other people who own skylines and this seems like a good opportunity.

The buick dorifts?

Sure, don't see why it wouldn't. It's RWD, has a stack of power, and a nice tight limmie - why not? ;) It'd be a real challenge to keep on track though, when 2 tonnes breaks traction, it tends to want to go its own way. I've tested it. :)

4 tonnes of Detroit steel floating on marshmallow suspension and cross plys...you don't expect it to handle do you?? :P

Hehe Dino, it's a more conservative 2 tonnes (as above), and it runs radials now - but still, NO. :D:)

As much as I'd love to try the Riv out on the 'pan, it may not be avialable at that time - hopefully it'll be in getting treated to a full respray, and other resto work. I was intending to bring Daddy's BMW.

Anyway, see you all there as a spectator, I imagine. :)

Thanx for the pm pete, havn't been online for while. The Teins are up to the challenge, and the tyres are bald with the belts comin thru big time (your specifications pete?):P Just hope the clutch holds up till then.

Despite the the objections of a few ppl, i think the skid pan is a great place to learn to drift and learn car control. Hell of a lot safer than on the streets, way too many close calls lately.

Hi Peter,

Finally I have confirmation from Eastern Creek on the April 6th day for you,

the day is on!

I have attached a booking form that ALL drivers MUST fill out & return to

our office or they will not get a start.

No need to fill in the credit card area as I believe you have taken

depsoits?

We will require 50% deposit for all drivers ASAP as Eastern Creek require

full payment prior to confirming booking. I have done this to secure your

date.

I will have 1 instructor on hand to assist with the control and safety

during the program.

We shall begin at 9.00a.m SHARP and conclude as per Eastern Creeks booking

rules at 5.00p.m.

I'm sure your guys are looking forward to a fun day and that is what this

venue delivers, believe me!

Cheers for now
