Anyone know how to fix a stock R34 CD player?

All of a sudden it started skipping like as if the cd was scratched. I ejected the cd and it only came out half way. I managed to pull it all the way out, but when I went to put it back in it wouldn't automatically pull it in. You can hear the motor winding backwards and forwards but the disc doesn't move...... :(

Any ideas guys??
