hi guys i was wondering if a stainless steel exhaust is worth pay the few extra hundred bux for?

Also does anyone recoment any place in syd for me to get mine done?

Yes ss is worth it

i got my polish ss 3 years ago

a mate has mild steal 2 years old and it looks like it need replacing again and dollar value is about 40% difference i think

SS - not worth the money at all IMO.

Its horridly over priced for no gain what so ever.

Mild is a little quieter too incabin i believe. But im not totally sure there.

Im getting my twin 2.75" system made in Mild without a doubt

Mild steel will outlast the life of your ownership like most younger line owners.

I plan to have my car at least 5 years, probably a lot longer

Mild steel will last that time no problem for me and they dont rust like people say if you look after it properly

Remember a turbo makes a lot more heat

SS would be worth it yes if your keeping car for awhile. i Know a guy in smithfield he does his on mandrel bends etc..his got all the machinery there...ill get the number and you can call him

yeh i can't see the point... parents owned a falcon from new (back in 1983) an dit didn't need a new exhaust till 1999, and it didn't really even need one then, i think a muffler got a hole in it from a rock...

Thats right ss is way overpriced, plus mild steel sounds tougher (personally). But I guess some ppl have chromies and probably ss would match with those wheels.
