RB20DET Head on RB25DET?

Dose any one know how hard it would be to put a RB20DET head on a RB25DET. Also dose the RB25 and the RB25DET have things on them or are they both different.

to do that head swap involves a lot of work

it can be done but it would cost a fourtune

i have seen a rb20 head on a rb30

and it needed water jackets and oil galleries all need to be moved

and i think the valves r bigger on the rb25

Yip, would be a mission. I've seen a 25det head and a 20det head side by side and there is quite a bit different between the two, port size is very noticable.

What about the N/A RB25DE head? is that any different to the DET motor?

Espcially with a head (rb20) that has less flow that the current one (rb25)
