Yeap Nismo.... I use 5w-50 or 10w-60 in Summer

0-40 or 5-30 in winter

I've tried many different oils over the years... full syn ones..... Mobil 1, Pennzoil.... Castrol.... Penrite....Shell....

Can't see a noticable difference between them though..... the only thing in common is that they get very dark after about 4000km....

I am starting to wonder these much more expensive full syn oils are worth it...

Haven't had my car on track where ppl said there is a difference...

though my fastest 0-100 time is done on a 5w-30 oil..

Full Syns will prevent coaking cause they are more heat resistant. Get some full syn and some dino oil... put a drop or two on your finger and rub them together. Notice how much more "slick" the syn. is vs. the dino. Using the 5w30 wont protect as well as the thicker 50w but it will make the motor feel better IMO. The thicker oils seem to make the car boggish. Its more pronounced in a low hp n/a motor such as the KA24DE. Which is what I use. I use Mobil 1 10w30... I was using 15w50 but I switched and could tell the motor doesnt seem to "bog" as much.
