Dodgey Gauge R32 Gtr

Hey ... I am waiting on a autometer lunar boost guage and a few others for my instument panel... the factory one reads all over the place

I was under the impression the car was standard boost but after hours of reading and trips to the engine bay i realise the little cut of bit of rubber with yellow ring given to me in a plastic bag it the boost restrictors ...

the boost rises to just over the little half way mark to the 7 on the factoy guage

but i i dont really understand actualy what pressure it would be reading with these restrictors removed can some one quicly comment on what the boost in ps! would be with the restrictor removed?

The factory gauge reads in mmHg where 760mmHg = 14psi = 1bar.
