hey guys im just finishing the last touches to my exhuast dump pipe to cat section and i want to know if you guys with big single high mounts are using a flexi pipe on the exhuast to stop the weight onto the manifold and possibly cause cracking/stress on it.

my exhuast is 3" mild steel, wastegate is totally seperate pipe (external gate) so yes or no?

oh and the manifold is a trust s/s one, if that makes any difference.

cheers

Brad

ye, if your mainly having a solid mounted exhaust, get the bendy bit

if its using rubber mounts, then i wouldnt worry.

my trust split dumps came with the flex hose, but im not using it

so what are you going to do... replace that section of the dumps?
