1x 300wt 12 volt inverter (convert 12v to 240v, for incar pc etc) $50

More info on the radar detector, can the cops detect it?

Radar detector is VG-2 Undetectable (so the cops cant detect it), and detects 95% of speed camera's, all cop cars and most laser guns. Has saved me many times.

Another update on the detector, its tuned for use in australia. So it actually works, unlike the normal USA ones

Ive had it for a few months, It detects cop cars from about 1km away, speed cameras vary from 300mtrs to 100mtrs.

Aus uses different frequencies, this one has been ajusted to pick up the aus cops. There is a small ajustment screw inside of it, dont know how they do it exactly though.

I presume it can go anywhere in the car, just works better on the dash, ive had it working when it was sitting in the passanger seat
