Depends. I'd get the one that's in better condition, both body wise and mechanically. Odds are it would be the 94 model though. But it wouldn't be a "few grand" extra. It would be quite expensive compartively. You could probably pick up a 'good' 89/90 model for around 22k. A good 94 model would set you back somewhere in the high 20s to mid 30s.
