i'm studying automotive mechanics, once i get through all the subjects i move onto an apprenticship...although i seem to know more than most of the people in the class

ive got to say, my best learning experience before my rebuild has got to be owning a honda... almost everything you touch on them engines break (89 prelude b20a).

ive broken alot of parts in the short time ive been fixing/breaking cars (im 21). ive only started to stop breaking parts but maybe its because nissans are harder to break than hondas

the best way to learn would be to grab the workshop manual and give it a stab. as a beginner i'd definately recommend to get your hands on a workshop manual before you go anywhere near major engine parts.

i know some theories about how things work but im currently doing Mechanical Engineering at uni. im also trying very hard to learn the practical side but there is a long way to go. thats u i come to SAU,lol.
