upper arms, they do it. heaps of info in the searches. when they really are worn they will clunk when you hit bumps etc.

if they are aftermarket they may have grease nipples for lubrication - try the grease.

or if they are the stock ones you need to replace the bushes or get new arms(~$200 each from Nissan).

Welcome to the expensive business of getting your SKyline suspension in order, thankfully its a car that gives a lot of 'Go' for the money.
