Rear Arm Squeek

guys this is going to sound really noobish my right rear (r32 gtst) has had a squeek, likenable to a trailer type noise, for the last few days. i jacked the car up today and located where the noise is coming from.. its the part in the pic which is moving and making the noise... what is it? and can i fix it myself pretty easily? thnx in advance

  so once I wire in a boost sensor, it'll stop the engine cut off? I found out which pin in the ecu/harness it is, I just have no idea how to actually connect it. if you have any advice on how to actually do that, please link me a video or something with pictures at least lol.
