I heard that U can not tune on a dyno with stock ECU,

my exhaust system is gona be completing soon, with r34 intercooler and boost it to 10psi,

i wana throw it on dyno, and c how much i've achieved

If stock ecu cant be tune, wat is the best way and cheapest to get it tune?

wat is rechip?

i dun have the cash to get pfc yet.
