Yes i tend to agree, my ECU was tuned by a local tuner. I did ask him to go easy as I want to be on the safe side.. I would however like to go further than 6800RPM my japanese cutoff was set at 8200RPM I still wonder how comme my 400 injectors lean out, or is it the tuning/turbo.. I wanna start downloading ecu .bin soon enough to see how my fuel map is..

And yeah 94 octane gas is as good as it gets here but I've seen/read that 94 here is about like 98 japanese octane...

is running that rich leaning out my injectors when I pump the boost up?

What sort of fuel pump are you using?

Unless you fuel pump is capable to flowing enough fuel to hold solid rail pressure at higher injector dudty cycle you will see it start to lean out.

Also if u are using the stock afm that may cause a problem as it may be maxing out aswell.

Increasing timing wont reduce your boost threshold. In fact It will do the opposite. There is a big compromise here between lag and power.

So if you actually run very retarded timing it can cause the fuel mix to burn very late while leaving the cylinder and hence a sort of antilag?

Hmmmmmmmm I can see how this would work.

i doubt it, antilag works by adding extra fuel in to burn in the manifold and thus give extra exhaust gasses. changing timing enough will just cause a late burning of the mixture but its still the same amount of air/fuel, so still pumping out the same amount of exhaust gasses, just burning later

maybe the higher EGT's will help though

I didn't have a boost gauge when the guy ran the dyno so I do not know if it's the boost that drops above 6800.. I'll repost my graph here to help you guys

Yes, thats exactly correct, problem is that you will have heaps of boost but very little power, hence the compromise.
