Only need to hire for 2 weeks or i'm willing to purchase a whole set.

They dont need to have tyres on them.

If anyone has a set they no longer need, please pm me

Not ideal i know, but I have 2 you can borrow for some sort of security, be that a deposit or someone i know & trust well enough on here vouching for you.

Let me know.

P.S. I normally run under the account "Oosh", but am having technical difficulties, so you know i haven't just blown in here.

Awsome

can both you guys pm me your contact numbers and i'll get in touch with you this week some time, as i need them asap.

You will get the wheels back with brand new tyres on them, as i have already paid for this as part of the compliance expense.

Hope this will cover your inconvenience?

Thanks guys

I gotta get through regency also, I dunno if standard R34, 17 inch rims will do but if you need them you can use them first, coz I don't have my inspection till March 21st

I got a mate who does all the compliancing so if you need anything else let me know.

Yeh that sounds about right, however Best Enterprises told me it would be best to have standard wheels, as sometimes regency can be real picky about the smallest crap! (as i'm sure most of us have experienced first hand)

and in the end they dont want any hassels and i surely dont either, so i think its best to keep them happy.

thanks for the suggestion though.

Don't think you even need standard wheels.........I believe(correct me if i'm wrong) if they are no more than 2 inchs wider and/or higher and not sticking out the guards, your all ok!!

I suggested the same thing to them, i was going to use wheels of my GT-T, however they werent interested. Dont ask me why?! ;)

Thanks for the offer though

Sounds more than fair. PM on its way.
thanks guys i'll get in touch with all of you today or tomorrow

Ive got standard 16inch Stagea rims, same size/profile as Skylines, and Ive seen R33's on auction sites with these rims on.

New tyres as well, want to sell so I can grab some 17's.

    • I love my R32 interior but then I also love the generic 90's nissan vibe from R33s/S14s/Pulsars etc 100%
    • I have seen this happen in cases like the R33 GTR where they eliminated the ATTESA actuator rod retaining clip to save 5 cents. Parts diagram references it, the actual part doesn't. Also if you try and look up the specific retaining clip on an R33 GTR it resolves to nothing. But it exists on R32 GTRs as I discovered a week or two ago.

    • The R32 suffers from an instrument binnacle that is uncomfortably close to the design of a VN Commodore's. But beyond that, the layout of the rest of everything, and the materials (ie the vinyl coverings on dash, armrest, etc) are acceptable, and the patterns on the fabrics are not as blergh as those in the R33. And R33 seats are....quite unattractive. I know it's only small details there, but I reckon the R33 got worse than the 32. But the big blergh is the overall shape of the dash on the R33. It's just has that whole Maxima/Pulsar sort of look to it. Nothing special at all. Generic Nissan sedan. Whereas, at least the R32 dash/binnacle was different. Less a wide expanse of boringly curved plastic. More a "cockpit" sort of look, even if nowhere near to the degree that the A90 Supras got. R34 seats look good on their own, until you realise that they are indistinguishable from the shape and fabric on 70 other Japanese cars. And the foam bolsters on them suffer even worse than the earlier cars. Other than that I don't really have an opinion the rest of the R34 interior. I took the bits of the R34 I wanted (brakes and engine) and added them to the best external appearance Skyline in the modern era (the 32). So nyerr!
