Well I was one of the dobbers, but I've pm'd about the delivery too.

the other thing I was interested in was whether anyone had fitted them yet, and how you went about fitting? or if you had them fitted somewhere how did they do it? and how much? I'm keen to try and get these in before the end of the month as I have 2 trackdays coming up.

I just came home and the package was in my room. So no problems here.

Although if anyone can post up instructions that would be awesome. I was thinking of fitting pineapple rings at the same time.

I received mine today. They are impressively big and heavy. Should make a good conversation piece when I set them up on the coffee table :P

Bl4cK32: Thanks for all your efforts, particularly given Noltec's... err.. slow response. It must have been difficult to be caught between an unhelpful supplier and people demanding their product.

Bl4cK32 posted up some instructions somewhere that explain the process, although if Noltec has some it would be nice to get our hands on those.

As for where, I am fairly sure someone (Duncan?) said Nathan recently pressed in/out some sub frame bushes for them. Your other option for removal is using a hacksaw to cut to the metal surround and hammering out the bush (as an optional extra, you can burn out the rubber :D)

The use of pineapples will only be usefull for angling the cradle to aid traction and create a little more squat.

Obviously for this to work correctly the rear camber needs to be spot on.

yeah I was thinking maybe heat the subframe till it's nice and toasty with the oxy torch, then try and bash them out. but if nathan has pressed some out before successfully then that will be the way I go.

it seems that I'm only a day behind with delivery. I just seemed to remember they were posted last thursday and I kind of thought they would be here monday. so being wednesday got a bit nervous.

edit: $250 fitted doesn't sound that bad to me. if it's drive in, drive out.

This thread has been reopened as some members involved dont seem to have received the parts they paid for.

How can i be held responsible for Australia posts slow service...its obvious people live all over Aus, and i had deliveries to WA to Qld, so expect some delays.

I havent ripped anyone off, in fact it ended up costing me in postage, so be thankful that i still chose to do this out of my own pocket before closing the gb.

It is the last time im doing it, as im sick of the hassle, and 50 pms a fortnight. AS well as everyone second guessing me that im gunna run off with everyones money.

I have a trader rating, and have been part of these forums for a long time, with more people to act as a character reference i thought some would have faith in me.....obviously not.

i think we are all cool. :D

I dont think Blitz was having a go. Just stating that delivery was yet to occurr in some cases, and giving some advice to sort it asap. You could probably read that sentence 5 different ways, with different toan/inflection etc. but I dont think he was trying to break your balls. just explaining why the re-open.

I appreciate your efforts! :P

so the real question is, who will win the race to be the first guy with some fitted? and the first on track?

thats fine. Just thought people might have some faith in me, and patience with the postal system.

I could have offered express post, but who wanted to pay $20 for postage, when u can wait 3 days.....?

haha, i have no patience. I just remembered that the were posted on thursday, and usually from anywhere to sydney is only 2 or 3 days (so was expecting them monday or tuesday). guess they just got lumped on the slow boat!

fark knows....yours may have fallen behind a shelf at the post office and is long forgotten
