Hey Tommy,

Mate wondering how the Garrets would go on a Rb25!?

If it is a viable turbo on the RB25DET, would u be interested in selling 1 of em?

PS its Ando from the dinner the other night :woot:

Cheers,

ok ill take a photo of them on car just so i know what they look like( so there the 2 pipes off the turbo's to the cooler ? )

also do you need std ones ?

Hey mate,

I dont think they would bolt up to the rb25det with standard manifolds and dumps. These are designed for gtr's, so they would be quite different, just the same way 2530's wouldnt bolt up to a rb25

Hey mate

Car is at the workshop, and i dont have any pics of the undercarriage of the car.

Yes you are correct. the pipes bolt from the two dumps and converge to the catalytic converter. I have stock front pipes so im looking at getting rid of these. they are a fair whack bigger than standard ones :(

hey mate, interested in the cams and the sard injectors. How much would you want for the two items?

I'm running stock turbos, so would the cams be suitable for my car (R32 GTR)

cheers mate

just noticed injectors were sold...

still interested in the cams tho...

Coils are pretty much sold guys. Have an offer of $500 :D

BigDave - Cams are suited to pretty much any turbo. Id be after $750 at the lowest

PFC is still available, and the exhaust stuff also needs to go. Willing to take offers on the exhaust - i dont need it anymore !!!

Hi mate.

I'm interested in the exhaust, I'm just trying to find out for sure whether or not it will fit a S2 R33 GTSt. As you are in Campsie, would I be able to have a look to see if it will fit? I am in Croydon, so we are virtually neighbours!

Im actually leaving the exhaust at the workshop which is in annandale. I have no way of taking it home. It is too big ;)

You are welcome to try and fit it but I doubt it will

The specs are so very slightly different

Hey guys

All the stuff is off the car. Added a few more items to the list

The exhaust is in the shop at annandale - Price drop for exhaust, down to $500. Grey imports reckon the exhaust should fit a 33 gts-t no worries.

All the other stuff is available, injectors are sold, and coils are sold pending pickup/pay.

I will take $800 for the pfc and hand controller

I will take $750 for the camshafts

I will take $2000 for the turbos

I will take $175 for the front pipes

I will take $200 for the 3.5" catco high flow cat

Gauges will be out of the car and available for sale once i get off my fat arse and remove them from the car.

    • Somehow Vertimass/Oak Ridge National Labs has figured out a catalyst that can convert ethanol into C9-C10 hydrocarbons in basically a single step without ending up with a bunch of ethylene or similar waste products: https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2023224867A1/en I still don't think anything like this will keep us from needing to transition to EVs regardless along with all kinds of other electrification, but things like this will go a long way towards alleviating the problem of how to electrify things like planes. Renewable diesel is seemingly an easier problem as well, Chevron is already running refineries for the stuff and the primary feedstock is tallow and other waste fats from agriculture.
    • Ok so I have sorted everything with my uniclutch and  i can offer up a bit of feedback and some things that might help others.    I found problems with factory damper line. Weird shit and had trouble with peddle adjustment    I used this https://au.gktech.com/products/r33-gts-t-skyline-braided-clutch-line?_pos=2&_sid=22b01b9b9&_ss=r Also when adjusting peddle leave a bit of play. You can get into a over stroke condition easy.. Make sure you can push the slave forward after adjusting to confirm fluid can return to master then you will need to pump it up heaps…..not sure why but that’s how it is.    last thing the splined adapter is machined perfectly. If your input shaft is old like mine was I would put a bit of valve grinding paste on it and stroke it like a 15 year old. Just to give it a tad more clearance and to better match it to the spline.    reason is on a near flat shift I have had situation where the peddle returns a millisecond after you lift from the clutch. No slip or anything but I reckon this is due to tolerance on the spline being way tighter than stock clutch and binding for a sec. I think this will go away but also my spline was old. Box is old so I guess I should have checked better. It’s a super neat fit.    it feels light as and holds awesome without any noise
    • My Fuga Hybrid is JDM, 2014 model but very similar to the V37 from the looks of things..same platform just physically larger and very comfortab;e
    • Was that Australia Delivered Duncan? Does it have siren etc?   I used to have remote start on an old 32 two decades ago, it was a cool feature. I used to wake up early in winter for work. Start it and by the time i was out the door a few minutes later the engine was warmed up and the heaters had the car toasty. It was great.    I don’t mine the ambience lighting.  I drive a western star and it has footwell lights and ambient lighting and it’s great! From the pics of seen of them installed in a skyline I think it’s a nice touch
    • re the security system, my Fuga/Q70 has the factory option where the puddle lights in the mirrors turn on when the prox key is detected, it was clearly dealer fitted and has a switch in the lower dash to disable it....it didn't have remote start but TBH I don't really miss that, I had it in the Stagea originally but never used it....we don't often have to warm the car up in the snow before we get in for Australia. And the Fuga also has the illuminated footwells, sounds like a useless feature but I actually quite like the indirect light within the car, it was a nice addition
