problem with factory boost guage

Hey guys Im after some help here as I think my factory boost guage has gone spastic [dont have after market one]. after I took the car for a drive the other night where I clocked over 180 km/h. Anyways, I was driving it today and realised that it boosted to almost +7 with an rpm of 3,000 whilst only on 2nd and 3rd gear. Usually it will only go to 0 with an rpm of 3, 000 - 3, 5000. This concerns me as Im not driving it hard but it still peaks @ about +7, but it seems to be doing it in only doing it in these two gears. Does any1 know what is wrong, any help would be appreciated,

yeah, its crap.. get an aftermarket.. sometimes i don't think mine even registers boost even though you can hear the turbo spinning 'round.. silly thing - japanese decorative item

true mine lives on +7 most of the time,

does anyone know what this +7 is supposed to equal in pounds

is what u have when u get up to +7

get a aftermarket one!

i just got an apexi one

and boy is it good!
