Even though the Ad asks for Unix skills etc, dont worry too much if you dont have these because they want people who have customer service skills more. Technical skills can be taught. This is a great opportunity to start out in IT as well - Bunnings is the one of the largest employers of IT staff in WA with some huge projects on the go at the moment.

These roles are based in the Call Centre and involve providing problem-solving assistance to team members and external customers on issues relating to Bunnings systems.

The Call Centre operates 24/7, 365 days a year and provides service to all locations throughout Australia.

Suitable candidates will possess:

Excellent communication and telephone skills

Ability to work in a team environment

A working knowledge of Windows NT, Unix and MS Office suite

Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the position requires shift-work

Good problem solving skills & tenacity to pursue & resolve ongoing issues
