i bought headlights of him and yes did pay for them he has even acknowledged receiving the money. he has made excuse after excuse now on why he wont give my money back or show proof of item been sent... he said he sent it via toll ipec.. but cant seem to provide a docket number etc. so if anyone knows more about this guy please pm me as i will be takin this further.

I know Nik quite well, he's been part of the Perth scene for a long time, this doesn't seem to be like him at all. What contact have you had with him? Phone calls or PM's?

not much to the story. i paid for goods and never got them.. i have all his pm's and emails and there is no mistake here i asked for delivery docket numbers and ill chase it up my self. he has said many times he will refund me my money but that was about a month ago. he also said item was insured so it is not as if he will be out of pocket from this i just want wat i deserve.
