hrmmm, i didnt go but was the first Melbourne store opened today ? or were they only giving out 10,000 KK donuts ? i'd like to think a store was opened today, but it says nothing on their site.

I saw a krispy Kreme truck on the monash freeway heading towards the city this morning at 8pm

i would have ran it off the road and raided the doughy delights inside til i couldnt raid them no more

I didn't have to go. I went to my fridge and low and behold, KK donuts were sitting in there! My lovely GF was in Sydney yesterday and brought back 2 dozen assorted for me.
