Is it possible to use the pressure plate from my twin plated brass button clutch with an organic friction plate? Basically will the design on a 2 plate bbutton pressure plate allow a normal single plate friction disk?

I havent taken it out yet but i wanna do this when i replace the gearbox so my next box is around for as long as possible.
