Hi, the two rears have a bit of scraping, mainly from using semi-slicks as they have no rim protector. Offset is 38 I think, I will have to check. Do you have GTR or GTSt? Don't think they would be suitable for GTR, I believe you have to keep rim sizes the same front and back other wise you stuff up the workings of the 4WD Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/107758-drifttrack-rims-for-sale/#findComment-1989421 Share on other sites

Chris32
Hey mate, I had a look on the weekend, couldn't find much on there. From memory there was a sticker saying they where 32 or 38, can't quite remember, but it looks like it has come of when they where on the car Is there any other way I can measure the offset on them? PT
^^^Offset is distance from centre of rim to the surface/flange of the rim that bolts onto the hub. (sorry can't explain better) So the higher (+'ve offset) figure will mean the rim sits more inside the guard, and for lower or -'ve offsets opposite applies. So a rim width of 8" (200mm), halfway/centre will be 100mm, likewise centre of 9" (225mm) rim will be 112.5mm. Measure the distance (mm) from outside edge of the wheel towards centre (width wise), ie edge of rim to the surface of the rim that will bolt onto the hub, now subtract this distance from either 100mm (for 8" rim) or from 112.5mm (for 9" rim) and this should give you your offset. Alternatively, measuring from the "inside" edge of rim to the same surface as above where hub bolts on, then subtract either 100mm (8" rim) or 112.5mm (9" rim) from that distance and it should be the same value as the first method. Best way I can explain it. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/107758-drifttrack-rims-for-sale/#findComment-1997859 Share on other sites

GTsauRus
Ok, sounds easy enough, I will give that a shot and post results!Chris I made a slight error there, the offset is the difference between the 2 measurements then divide by 2, sorry. cheers Keith Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/107758-drifttrack-rims-for-sale/#findComment-2001930 Share on other sites
