if any one has had there head off either an rb20 or rb25 and cranked the engine over with the head off. What was the flow of oil like out the top of the block, for example with no restrictive passages does the oil only flow out one or the jets ??

And is the steel oil line coming from the block to the right side front of the head, an oil feed of return, if its a feed should, what should the flow be like out of it at starter motor speed 200 rpm ????

pretty sure the line near the power steering is the return line for the oil running through the hydrolic lifters on the exhaust side. as the head only has 2 feeds at 2.4mm in diameter.

just curious of why you would want to know this? what was your oil pressure guage reading before taking the engine apart?
