Regardless of who it was and whether or not it is the press playing on words/pictures, it creates bad blood between police and all car enthusiest.

To be honest, I have had my share of being let off fines, so i really cant complain about police, but publicity like this will put them slightly on edge and rather then turning a blind eye to some minor infringement, they will throw the book at you.......I hope the police find the owner of this car and throw the book at both him and the passenger and personally, get this bloke off the road because he isnt doing anybody any favours !!!
