r33 gts-t exhaust system

Hello all,

as you probably know I'm new to this forum but I also think it's

fantastic!

Just wanting to know if anyone can help me choose what exhaust system to go for on my r33 gts-t as I am thinking of going for a Apexi GT or an N1. Doe's anyone have any pics as to what these systems look, sound and perform like on a r33?

Just suggesting an alternative.

When i got my exhaust done, i just went to the local exhaust centre, asked them to make up a mandrel bent exhaust system for my car (from the turbo back), with a high flow cat and a "turbo smart" staight through muffler. All brand new, and sounds great.

2nd option is to but one second hand from places like jms (www.japanesemotorsport.com.au). These are only usally cat back systems, so you still have the restrictive front pipe and cat, robbing your car of rwkw.

I have a Kakimoto NS309....it's not too loud, but still gives a nice note without being drony (my word). It is a 75mm cat back, the rear muffler is polished stainless steel with a chrome 115mm tip which looks awesome.

Yep, the Kakimoto's a top exhaust if you don't want in cabin drones or resonances - and i agree it looks filth.

Perfect Run sell 'em but check the shipping cost.
