looking to up grade the turbo again. at the moment i have a hks gt2530 but i want to push out to around 300 rwkw so the hks has got to go. Had a look at GCG and they state the highflow they do is rated at 450hp (335kw) is that hp figure at the flywheel?

Yes. The ratings are never in terms of rwkw.

If you want 300rwkw, your gonna need a lot of gear to get there

i have seen reults vary woth these. most people are making around 230rwkw with these on 1.2 bar or so. HPS mag saw a R34 GTT make 260rwkw with the same, im guessing thats the limit of this turbo..
