R32 Brass Button Clutch and Suspension Questions

Hey all, just a quick one...

My Brass Button Clutch has lasted me about 40,000 k's and I was wondering if this is a good amount of life? Bearing in mind that I am a second geary bandit and love drifting my R32. ???

Also, I have a horrible sound in the back left of my suspension, I need new shockies, just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and knows what are the best shockies to put in the back of the R32, and if at all any R31 jobbies will fit to keep costs down, don't want to spend more than $250- $300 on the shocks, and I can fit then with some friends.

Bilstein shocks are quite good in my opinion. Not sure about the cost as they were already fitted when I bought the car. Have them on the back of my r32 and they perform quite well.
